The hotel is impressively large and fantastically located. The hotel room I stayed in was spacious and luminous, with windows facing the ocean. It was the first hotel I went to in Brasil where the front desk spoke both Spanish and English, which was a refreshing change. The breakfast had a good variety of fruits, breads and warm dishes and in general was not too full. For a completely full Hotel of this caliber, one would expect there to be more than two people behind the front desk, especially when there was room for five and it is the 24th of December. I waited 65 minutes for the internet password. Furthermore, my room was not cleaned until 20:30 on two of the five days. Not too much of a problem, but rather annoying.
